are simple: an active*
checking account and one
of the following:
Visa
EZ Access
Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit
Vehicle or Personal Loan
* Active accounts have
transactions within the last three months.

All Visa rate changes are effective the
first day of the statement period following the date your
account status changes. At any time the qualifications
are no longer met, the Visa Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
will return to the current contract rate and all other
benefits will be lost.
